This was the first dessert loaf I ever made and it made me so happy to have something that reminded me of a cinnamon roll. I love eating it for breakfast with a dollop of dairy free butter on it! Gluten, Dairy, and Nut Free. Can be made Vegan (no eggs!).

Here’s the thing about these muffins. I want to eat them all myself which makes them REALLY hard to let go of hehe. These are one of my top sellers at farmers markets and they are absolutely delicious. I love to eat them for breakfast (obvi) but also sometimes after dinner with a bowl of dairy free ice cream. YUM. They are topped with a little sprinkle of Maldon salt which feels F-A-N-C-Y A-F and chocolate and salt together are delectable!

Basically the perfect chocolate chip cookie in brownie form. I first learned about this dessert from my dad. He always talked about how it was his favorite! He is one to usually be suspicious of gluten free foods but when he tried it for the first time he was SHOCKED at how good it tasted and now requests it every time I come visit. I keep blondie samples out at farmers markets to show people how delicious gluten free desserts can actually be! Made with big chunks of chocolate and little bites of magic. You won’t be able to eat just one! Also, highly recommend taking two blondies, and putting your favorite ice cream between them. The ultimate ice cream sandwich!!! Dairy free ice cream of course ;).

6 packs and 12 packs come in a brown paper box with a ribbon around it for easy gifting! If you choose the individually wrapped option, each blondie is wrapped in a small brown paper bag with a display window and it is heat sealed for freshness :)

🍋Finally took some photos of my Lemon Poppyseed Bread before I packaged it up or ate it myself hehehe 🤪. When I attend Farmer’s Markets, this is the loaf flavor that goes the fastest! Moist and decadent, with the perfect amount of lemon. Topped with a delicious lemon icing drizzle, it is the stuff of Lemon-Y dreams! I love how the poppyseeds add a little more flavor “oomph” and depth to it, instead of just being a plain lemon loaf. ⭐️ I am happy to announce that The Bread Basket has asked me to expand my products to their store/cafe location in Russell, MA as well as have a few of my goods at their farm stand at the Holyoke Medical Center on Wednesdays! Their goal is to be able to offer gluten free alternatives to their customers that are made in a safe kitchen and I am thrilled to be able to provide that for them and you!
