Gluten Free & Vegan Blueberry Crumble Pie

A crowd favorite at any party for sure. Made with fresh blueberries and topped with a delicious brown sugar crumble layer. My favorite part about this pie is how unique it is every time I bake it. The blueberries are different sizes because they are fresh and organic and the pie flows over the edges with its blueberry and brown sugar goodness. I will always say everything pairs well with ice cream, but this ESPECIALLY with some vanilla bean ice cream is MWAH.

The pie is about 9 inches and is made in a 10 inch pan just incase of overflow from the crumble layer :)
